Outdoor AC unit stopped working around 4pm. Chris was able to adjust his busy schedule and was at my place by 730 am the next day to troubleshoot and fix it. Staff is kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

Excellent service

My first impression of John A Kinkaid HVAC was a very good one. We made an appointment to have our heating unit checked out since we bought this home a couple years ago amd it was an older home. Melissa was very kind and very easy to work with. The appointment was set for today. We were so pleased with the service. The technician arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but didn’t come to our door till the appointment time at 9:00. Mohammed, the technician, handled our very loud barking dogs very kindly. He then proceeded downstairs to check out our heating unit. He was thorough, quick and didn’t make a mess. He told us we were in good shape. Mohammed was very polite and We would welcome him in our home any time. We feel very comfortable recommending John A Kinkaid HVAC!

Melissa and Chris are a great team. Kincaid goes above and beyond for clients. Timely, answers questions. Good people, helping people stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I also love that they can do their own fabrication. Not every company does that! 5 stars!!!

Chris is an amazing technician and has an incredibly professional and friendly demeanor! Melissa (who is the office manager) is also equally friendly and professional!! I just feel so fortunate to have been referred to Kinkaid! Chris and his team came out to our home to clean out duct work and sanitize all duct work with a uv light! The same day we were having the duct cleaning done, we were also having our washer and dryer delivered. Just as the lowes delivery guys noticed a leak on my water shut off valve, there was a knock at the door and it was Chris! I opened the door in a panic and said “good morning… do you know how to work with plumbing as well”. He took a look and went out of his way to help us and completely fixed our issue!!!!!! On top of that, we now have clean duct work!!!! Yay! Very happy customers here. Can’t wait to refer everyone I know their way and will certainly use kinkaid for the replacement of our system when the time comes! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Chris!

AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night in the middle of July. Called a couple “24/7” companies with no call backs. Called Kinkaid Sunday morning and Chris answered right away and was at my door in an hour. Was worried I’d have to replace the whole unit since it’s old, but he fixed the problem in a half hour. Great service and prices. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
